    Yeah it’s sorta weird. I’d doubt they swap. The actual hole is larger for the 3rd gen DC 3rd brake light. And the way its contoured with the roof, even if a bigger hole was cut I’d be weary of leaking or improper seal over time.

    Yes you have to get used to the bright light blast Compared to any other offerings. My kids complain about them being toooo bright. But they complain about everything.

    @TommyG - They complain because their eyes truly probably have better vision/low light vision than yours. The older you are, the less well your eyes work in low light.

    And those lights really look f'n bright!

    Well for the most part they went undetected until my son and I were on our way home from fishing and he reached up and clicked one on to grab his phone that he dropped on the floor. The light startled him like he got shocked by static electricity.:laser:
