Its hot af in the summer just like Concord CA where I grew up. But youre an hour from the mtns, and thats awesome!

Ive spent lots of time in the goldrush area off the 120. My family has a place my grandparents bought in the 60s just outside of sonora ca

No. Thank god. Those things ate through about 3 bolts each. 10 total since I had to cut the u bolts in 2 spots each. I think I only ended up using 4 blades.

Yeah, just like that magazine article, none of the things you mention are actually in Sacramento (Maybe Sacramento County...). lol

You don't get my water, your water comes from the Colorado River and Hetch Hetchy.

I make sure to pee in it every time I visit. :luvya:

I would much rather be living in Northern CA than Southern....I mean I want out of CA in general but at least in the Bay area and further north you guys have much better weather and scenery IMO.

My fiancé is from a little town east of Sacramento called Grass Valley, I'd live there in a heartbeat but she doesn't want to go back, lol.

Yeah, I dont like using them in tight spots like that. And I was paranoid about igniting my gas tank which is why I opted for a sawzall. Cutting discs be scary yo. Ive had them shatter on me too, thankfully my pants were ripstop and they took it like a champ, but it still hurt pretty bad.

You dont even have to go as far north as the bay area to get that. Once you hit around hollister it all gets better

That's where my wife and I want to get some property for a retirement home.

Just like the town I grew up in, it SUCKS for people who, like want to work, but for kids or retirees, I much prefer the mountain towns. Out of the heat, and dark skies.

Yeah her mom and brother still live there so we go back a few times a year...she goes once a month almost to visit them. It's a nice little town, same kind of place I want to plant roots in eventually be it in CA (if need be) or elsewhere. I just can't stand the big urban sprawl anymore. At least now we're in a nice small house in a little suburb but it's still part of LA. Luckily we have the mountains so there's always an escape nearby.

This website is kinda cool for looking up tire sizes, especially for comparing between two sizes EFE9A1E3-2698-45CF-8310-C818DC0E919A.jpg
