Completely coated the whole frame inside and out, hell even did the whole underside of the truck. Winters here are brutal, I've hit salt piles that are larger than most speed bumps.

Fluid Film has helped a lot but all the cities here just use stupid amounts of salt

I got a response from the FF guys... suggesting FF was designed for better penetration/protection qualities on untreated/unpainted (bare) metal surfaces. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0lJDuCWFlA As noted in their response to my comment about a month ago.

Has anyone experience with shops yet on the lines of if they were “Traditional oilers” have they moved/started offering FF? Or is everyone here DIYers?

How hard is it to press out and replace the bushings in UCA’s? I’m considering having my SPC’s powdercoated and I might as well replace the bushings out right since I have to remove them for the powder coating process anyway. They’d look great with my powder coated manual hubs.

Before anyone says “why the hell would you waste money on that use paint you can’t touch-up powder coat anyway”

    I know.

You have 2 of them. There is only the one for the A/C belt on a v6.

If they are similar to the poly bushing used in other aftermarket UCA like Camburg, then easy-peasy. They just pop right out.

Got my newish wheels on. Dunno how I feel about them yet. May only keep them on for a few months. I might try and darken/blacken the fender flare and throw some tire shine on. But these things sit closer to my upper ball joints than my 3rd gen SR5's did. I checked for rubbing by cutting the wheel hard each way and it might rub barely when I cut the wheel hard left. But at that point my power steering pump is moaning so I dont normally cut it that hard anyways.

@BartMaster1234 how bad is your rubbing on your 3rd gen / 265-75-16 set up? I definetly could not go up to that size tire without a spacer. I'm running 265-70-16 by the way.0720181334a.jpg 0720181334.jpg 0720181333.jpg 0720181352.jpg

I spray everything except the exhaust. I opted for the spray gun and wands, and a five gallon bucket of FF. But I did five vehicles.
