Believe my U Joints are going bad

Whenever I hit the gas a low speed, I have a vibration that feels that it's coming from the driveshaft. After about 25mph it tends to level out or if I let off the gas the vibration will stop. Tires are balanced, alignment is fine, and the vibration feels like its coming directly from there. The driveshaft tends to not have any play in it so I don't believe it's the carrier bearing going bad. The Ujoints seem to have just a hair of play in them and when I greased them awhile back the vibration tended to decline some. Who's replaced there's and what set did you go with?

I'm 08, doubt I qualify but is it through Toyota?

 

Sub'd. I have the same thing after installing a new leaf pack, but thought it was drive line angles.

Well it's wrong, I promise. I just installed them on my truck and it fit like a charm

 

Toyota wants $65 each for them so I didn't know if it was worth to go a different route or buy Spicer that Toyota uses.

 

Dude, just buy the ones I linked and be happy you just saved yourself $100 on u joints. I mean, they're spicer joints. Doesn't get much better.

They're replacing 2 U joints and even giving me a new leaf spring over my old leaf spring recall. Score!

 

I had my u joints replaced a few years ago by a non Toyota shop before the recall. When the recall came out I sent in the paperwork and Toyota sent me a check to cover it.

 

Go ahead and get a set of these for the trail \/ \/ \/

 

Hope they dont turn me away for having a lift and all of this other crap on my truck haha

20-35MPH vibrations are bad. I got the letter a while back, but no clue where it is now. FINGERS CROSSED!

 

Your vibes could very well be caused by your driveline angle, directly caused by the lift.
