The best part is looking at how the truck looked the day it rolled off the lot to how she looks now:cheers:

They look so basic without anything done to them:anonymous:

I agree. My truck looks like a completely different truck from when i pulled it off lot. Amazing how something simple like just getting rid of all the chrome really changes the look.

When you review something on Amazon, you are doing just that: writing a PRODUCT review. Not a shipping review. Not a vendor review. There are so many people that don’t realize this and it causes the product’s rating to reflect inaccurately. Just something to keep in mind.

Did not come with fender flares. I am looking for black ones right now. My next three purchases that I’m researching are black fender flares, black rhino wheels desert color, and the “TOYOTA” grill.

You’re only able to get one bolt on each hook in the frame, correct? Thinking about getting these too but wondering if one bolt will be strong enough

I looks like she will be able to put 2 bolts into the frame. Two if she uses the pre-exsisting holes in the frame in the one position, 2 on the other if she drills a hole and puts in a nutsert.

Those are oem off road model rims, likely with black vinyl inserts or plasti-dipped black

I tell ya, I was searching for some last night and I am blown away by how much these damn things cost. No wonder some guys make their own soft shackles.

I will have one bolt in a factory location and then I will drill a new hole for the second. Frame is plenty big enough. I will have two. However, if you wanted three you could have three too. Just use the first Bolt. The second factory one would be in the middle section so you’d need to get a washer or something big enough to tighten the other bolt down too since it is smaller than the hole on the hook. Then drill a hole for the third one if you want. I think two bolts are enough for sure. I mean that is what all the F150’s have on their trucks is just the two bolts. You should do it. It’s like it was made for it. Very easy install and not expensive.

Yeah that is one thing I have noticed, especially with the mudflaps gone. I've debated running Line-x on the bottom parts of my doors.

I am going to drill another hole for sure Katie. I agree too, if the Ferd only had two, that should be plenty strong. I also have that Smittybuilt beaver step if things get crazy. I honestly like how they might add a little protection to the bumper from idiots in the parking garage here at work! Why I will be moving them as far back as possible. Might also be a step point. Mine shipped today.
