    I certainly would be open to the idea if there was interest. I'm already potentially ordering multiple for another member. It would be good to confirm the size is correct first.

    Maybe it is just the DW pump. I'll order the check valve and a couple extras and post back if it fixes the problem.

    Could just be the pump, maybe DW are just prone to problems... I don’t believe I’ve heard of anyone having any issues with a walbro.

    Yeah, so far at least 3 people with D/W have extended starts and no one from Walbro yet. Likely just the pump. Though some reading on Xrunner Gadget says from what he has seen the D/W pumps seem have better check valves than Walbro. Check valves are ordered so if that takes care of the issue I’ll be happy.

    Honestly, if I was having check valve issues I would not hesitate in installing an external one, as at that point it would be a serviceable item if it ever needs replacing in the future. So if anything this is actually a good thing for you.

    I really do love my AEM pump though. I swear up and down by it.

    TRD SC, UCON, CNG conversion, RC 6" (lifted 4"/3" air suspension) w/FOX 2.5, 315/70R17 Duratracs, RECARO seats, etc.
    Notice that with UCON you’ll get extended starts because of UCON vs. OEM ECU syncing.

    Maybe Scott was finally able to minimize the delay. It use to be bad on the Ucons especially on cold starts. I like engines starting on the first rotation :thumbsup:
