    Thanks. Yeah, it looks good, and in their thin crust it is good. The thick crust just doesn’t have a good tasting crust for some reason and I usually like thick crust.

    Well that said that sometimes stromboli is also fold but usually in a square with the sauce inside or on the side (so that isn't helpful but they decided to add it in there haha)

    Well I made my 1st DIY wood fired pizza today (peperoni, salami, sausage, mushroom & onion). It came out OK.
    It was a little OD'd on the bottom & edges (easy to do with a 2 minute cook time).
    I got it for the backyard & camping trips (only 8.6 x 14.1 x 25.2" (HxWxL) with legs extended, excluding door handle. Height of Uuni 3 including chimney 25.2”.)
    Not my pics I'll get some pics of future pies.
