You have to be a pretty depraved person to murder someone over a parking spot spat.

To me, it's not about the parking spot at all. A younger, bigger guy throws an older, smaller guy on the pavement. If the bigger, younger guy took one step towards the other guy while he was on the pavement, then the shooter should not be charged.
But, you are correct in that if jackasses would quit parking in handicap spots illegally, this never would have happened.

Agreed, but he actually froze when the gun came out. After a delay, he was executed.

Watch the video. Guy A pushes guy B on the ground, but doesn't advance. Guy B pulls out a gun and Guy A takes a step back. THEN Guy B shoots Guy A.

What did guy A say to guy B as he took that step back. We don't know . Maybe what guy A said scared guy B even more. Again we don't know . It's up to the district attorney now to decide based on evidence and testimony what will come of this .

@ the 6 second mark of the video Guy A reaches with both hands toward his waistband. Is he reaching for a weapon? That could be what Guy B is thinking, or is he pulling up his shorts?

Not anymore, he was cleared of wrongdoing under the "stand your ground" law. Personally, I think he murdered the guy. There was no life threatening act after the gun came out, and I don't care what might have been said. When you have a pistol, words will never hurt you.
Oh, I watched again and never saw anything close to an act of moving hands towards his waist. Thats complete bs.

He adjusted his shorts after the guy went down.

Words to live by. Do not park in a handicap space with out propper legal documentation, and wear a belt.

Which is why the shooter might have just eaten a shit sandwich in terms of a civil suit. He might not be charged criminally, but a potential civil suit will dig his ass out in a way that bubba would.

    Loud as hell URD exhaust!
To me the shooter broke one of my cardinal rules for carrying concealed. He went and started an argument with a gun on his hip. It looks like he had Superman syndrome that day.
