    does the melatonin help make you sleepy or just give you a deeper sleep.ive never tried it.my problem is winding down to get to sleep.my brain keeps working on worries and things that i have to get done the next days

    Have you tried Valerian Root? When I was having issues several years back my doctor suggested it. :notsure:
    It is suppose to help you relax so you can sleep. It’s more of a take daily pill though rather than just when you need it. It didn’t work for me mainly because it had a smell I couldn’t get past but I have heard others swear by it. Thankfully I don’t need it any longer.

    Or you could just start collecting human bones. :anonymous:

    Have you ever tried the holistic pills you stick under your tongue? You put 2 or 3 under your tongue like 20 minutes before you go to bed and they just dissolve.

    Time to go get my ice cream.
