Lol. Just messing with you. I have a cheesegrater grill, but it came OEM in gloss black. I like my grill...except for the chrome bezel.

 

I’m a federal contractor working for an LRC in their IPBO. I’m a Garrison HRH Manager. Little stressful, but a good stress for me! I consider it a positive stress because when you get good results it’s very satisfying! Thinking about going to the GS side though for the retirement and medical benefits for life. Think you made the right call.

 

Oh I know Old Coast road. My dad used to take us on it back in the 80’s when I was little kid. This was in an old VW van, we would hang on the back, jump out and jump in the side door. Oh the good old days when you could just do fun shit. He had a buddy who still lives down the coast above Rocky Point restaurant. Spent a lot of time down the coast as a youth.

That sounds awesome! Miss the days when you could do shit like that! I remember riding in the back of pickup trucks going to the grocery store or hunting wild boar at night! Those days are long gone, but what memories!

Not the first time I’ve seen your grille/truck here but just wanted to say the horn emblem with the plates and paint ties together very nicely! Makes me wanna move to Maryland just for that!

Since 2010 I have been out for 5 surgeries. Out 2 months, 3 months, 3 months and 2 months for the last 4 of them. 6 of those months were without pay. Never lost a benefit. Always got my holiday pay and always returned to my position. That is a benefit generally not shared by private companies. So for me coming back to the government was a wise move. Just miss the gratification of the private industry life. Most importantly is the low retirement health insurance premiums that come with retirement.

Thanks, the last couple of things I did has really made a huge difference in my truck. I added 17 inch wheels and tires, lifted it to the coil overs max height. I really hit a home run with the magna flow exhaust system. I paid a little more to switch the muffler out. Now its like piloting this sophisticated machine. I took it off road Friday for the first time in several months. The new Nitto G2's did great. Of course it's dry now, no muddy trails to get crazy on.
