Local member and his wife came out today, great couple. He helped me tear down the chicken run and haul it off to new place. I cooked my famous fajitas with a pot of beans. Was nice to get some help.

Night shift for me revealed/aggravated a heart condition with me, the oil helps TREMENDOUSLY with the symptoms.

My wife's found it to be extremely helpful for her generally; I'm gonna go grab a beer and update the other thread here in a minute.

Have you heard of CBD oil before? It's a non-psychoactive, marijuana derivative that you can order online (regardless of what state you live in, it's non-restricted federally).

I use it to keep my heart palpitations in check, which actually get pretty bad at times, and it helps with that little bit of anxiety where your mind is going from thing to thing to thing when you're trying to sleep. Works freakin' WONDERS.

ETA: My last EKG looked like shit, I go in Tuesday for an echo and to talk to my cardiologist.

I'll post a good place to get it from here. It's definitely NOT cheap, but my wife and I both swear by it!

    ETA: Here's where I get it: https://plentypharma.com/shop/
I get the 600 mg and it works GREAT for both of us! Next time I get it I'm going to get the Plenty Phlex oil as it's a bit more concentrated.

In late on the CBD oil conversation....

This stuff is freakin ' amazing. During my cancer battle a few years back, I developed periphrial neuropathy. Now I'm also diagnosed with Parkinsons...

So lots of leg pain and a tough time sleeping. Until CBD oil came along. Now I sleep better than I have in years. Parkinsons symptoms almost non existant.

I was extremely skeptical going in. A real believer now. The stuff works.

Last fall after my surgery I couldn't sleep my Dr. told me to take to Benedryl worked pretty good. After I started feeling better and got stronger and my stress level dropped. I was getting full pay without the work hassles. I was able to sleep all night without any chemical aids.
    Get the stress level down!
