anyone have any good solutions for gear storage in the back seat of a DC? ive pretty much maxed out the space under and behind the seats. ive looked at a few things but dont really want stuff to just hang on the back of the front seats.

Mine are McNeil 4”. I’m 3.5 long travel with -10 offset 16x8 295/75/16 and they hang out a bit past the fenders. I think you would be fine with 2” unless you are going to run spacersFBBACB56-2366-4BB9-9E34-02CFCED80E7F.jpg

Thanks man. I painted my fenders with real paint this time and not rattle can. Makes it look a little more grown up

Do you have a link to the Amazon one? I made a panel out of mdf but ended up not having enough room, something thinner might give me enough room

Someone on here makes a replacement for those. You remove them an install a molle panel in its place. That’s where the confusion stemmed from.

It's a work in progress. See my build thread.
I'm pretty happy with my OME lift. And all-in it was $1600 (or somewhere around that)

    piddly stuff
Very true which is my intentions. However, for myself, I have no intentions of traversing super complicated or technical and terrain so I feel no need, at this time, to invest in a suspension system that offers a lot more flexibility. I.e. with us pulling the camper down forest roads and even on the highway I feel there’s more bennifit to retaining my sway bar. Until I can really get the camper off and in these rougher situations I’m never really going to know what I need.
For me, in our current situation, the suspension I have should be more than adequate. Bilstein/ Eibach struts, 3-leaf all, rear Icons, and a ubolt flip with super bumps. It should also be enough to handle some rougher trails.
I stand by my previous post by stating you should figure out what you want to do first. Some of you guys have built super rugged and flexible trucks for difficult trails and camping “expo” trucks if you will. When I referred previously to off road trucks I meant more like turner ng them into dedicated trail rigs or buggies.
I dont choose to just throw money at the truck and put all the parts on it that people say are the best. Are kings better than the billies I have? Absolutely and I may find a need for them in the future but not at present.

Nah I read it wrong haha. There is someone on here that makes an aluminum panel that goes behind the rear seats. The plastic bins suck
