Leaking Fluids...

So my gf got home from work today...2 hrs later I go outside and there is a stream of fluid coming from underneath her car...it's raining outside so i thought it was just run off...Then it dawned on me we are both in a carport and there's nothing under my truck so I stuck my finger in it and smelled it...I'm pretty sure it's tranny fluid...I check all the fluids and they're good

 

How big was the puddle after two hours? What is the color and viscosity of the fluid? Did you crawl crawl under there and look to see where its coming from?

And to elaborate - grab some paper towels while you're at it. Clean off any 'suspect' areas and check it again in a day or so to confirm your suspicians. Then - take some pictures and come back and post 'em up.

Yup ...It was in the evening...a stream of liquid was coming from underneath near the front of the car...couldn't tell if it was coolant or the colour because it was getting dark...It was dripping every minute...started second guessing myself...etc...etc...

 

lol my buddy went off about jap scrap and what not when he saw a drip under my truck from the A/C he felt kinda sheepish after i told him what it was. Mainly cause his 2 year old jeep grand cherokee's A/C didn't work. He now drives a vibe and i give him hell about gm putting different sheet metal on a toyota.
