I've seen a lot written about Moog control arms but very little about Mevotech. However, i know a few mechanics and weekend warrior mechanics who have good things to say about them. Seems the mevotech bushings fit better than the Moog and I've never heard a complaint about the steel quality so that leaves just the ball joint. Anyone have these? Any long term results?

I put a set of mevotech upper control arms on my girlfriend's truck. "Xterra"
They are good quality. They have grease fitting on the ball joint too.
I know it's not apples to apples, but hope it helps.

I installed mevotech end links and after a few months they were rust buckets. FYI.

This is exactly how I've seen reviews elsewhere, too. Totally mixed. Some people say no issues whatsoever, others as much as catastrophic failure

^^^ this. If you broaden your search it seems like Mevotech once had a good reputation for parts. Now we see some of the parts are manufactured in many paces including China and there are plenty of reviews online referring to them as junk parts. I suspect some are and some aren't but how do you know? In my experience the quality of aftermarket parts, especially suspension components, continues to degrade and for my stuff I will only use OEM for components related to safety.

It's interesting, too because since they came out with their "supreme" line they now offer a lifetime warranty, too
