Thought of that, lol. Had a bad experience years ago with two coolers full of cleaned & filleted Kokanee Salmon & a Boarder Agent who was addicted to fish. Wasn't a good combination or situation. Last time I had to declare something it was "I'm a loyal Jets Fan".

Half of the dash cam installed.



Still have to run the wires to the back for the rear cam. I just used the reg plug to get it installed. Going to install the hard wire kit when I get the switch I’m thinking of using for it. That way I can have it run with the truck on or off.

 

Oh and when I pressed the mount onto the windshield a crack from the top appeared to the left of the rearview mirror I didn't know was there. Guess I'll be ordering a new 3m tape mount and getting a new windshield since this is the second crack and it's in the view of the camera.

 

Damn, that sucks Murph. I do however remember hearing this happening to a guy while doing the mirror relocation mod.

 

I remember something hitting the top of the windshield a while back but didn't;t see anything inside or out so didn't;t think about it anymore. The one on the bottom of the windshield was the same way. Nothing when I parked it and then it froze that night. Next morning it was a loop around the bottom of the windshield. Shouldn't be more than $150 to replace it anyway.
