And 26" Kettle would be nice. OR another 22". And a 18". They can all work together

Doing a single large Ribeye in the 18" Jumbo Joe that is sitting inside the old Kettle.

Adding a Jumbo Joe would probably fit the bill. My wife likes to prep enough food for at least three meals. And the 22 just can't fit it all. The ABT's are just too easy to pass up and bacon wrapped potato bombs have become a staple with every steak.

What’s everyone up to? Finally back to truckin. It felt like a month between delivering loads. But finally making money’s again. I’m only 4 grand in the hole. I should make that up in 2 weeks. I hope. Truck A/C is back to working good. To good maybe when it’s hot and humid.
I got to thinking. Texas might suck.
There doesn’t seem to be any public kind to ride or 4X in. I passed a 4 wheeling park on the way down here. That would suck if that’s al the wheeling or dirt riding one was able to do.
I dunno. Maybe a Texan could chime in and let me know.
Having a late dinner. They call it an “Arizona” burger. I’m gonna try it to see what an “Arizona” burger is. I always thought our burgers were the same as everyone else’s.
    We shall see.

Damn that looks good. Bad enough I had carbs with corn now thinking I need a potato bomb to go with it :hungry:

Jumbo Joe was my first thought. It is my most used grill but it is normally just me eating much of the time. It really is a fuel miser compared to the 22". But will sear and cook pretty much any steak you throw on it.

Pretty easy. You use an apple corer to remove the center, keeping a bit of the ends to plug the holes. Then fill it with what ever you like - cheese, butters, meats, veggies, spices. We keep it simple with cream cheese, maybe some shredded cheddar, garlic and chives. Then wrap'em in bacon, cover with foil and add them to grill. It's nice when the potato skin and bacon melt together.

Just cooked on the grill. With it being cored it seems to cook pretty evenly through out.

That’s what the husk is for. Pull it back then tie it olive oil and on the grill, turn by hand, eat!
Then you have Lawn Jarts when done:D
