    I don't know man. People will do crazy things when they are scared., and that was a super aggressive push, and the guy with the gun looks pretty weak (probably why he carries a gun). As far as I'm concerned, if you are willing to come at me physically in any fashion, be prepared for a fight to the death. This isn't grade school anymore, and I want to stay alive, not get pushed down and possibly stomped into a coma or some other disability.

    I disagree. You should be able to peacefully argue with anyone about anything without getting physically assaulted. Freedom of speech and all that jazz.

    Plus, the person in the parking spot was in the wrong. You don't get to push some handicap person down just because you are in the wrong and someone calls you out. Every wrong decision by the now deceased led to their demise. "Person A" in this situation didn't roll up thinking, "I'm gonna smoke these fools for parking in the wrong spot"

    The guy pushed him and stepped back. I support guns and carry myself. But if somebody pushes me and steps back, I'm not gonna shoot them. He was not postured like he was going to caus anymore harm and had stepped away right as the guy drew his gun.

    I'm not saying assault is right, but he did not deserve to die because of this.
