Has anyone noticed their front bumper cover being really loose?

Yeah I think. License plate holder attaches to it and goes around the sides I think. Covers the bumper behind it. I never really touched it before but I did recently and noticed it was pretty loose. No damage so I don't think I was hit. Haven't taken my tools out and investigated just wondering if it was a known thing..

Not a 2004 Civic EX though. My friend in the academy did this with his 2006 Accord and I was dumbfounded. Tried in my civic and that was big nope.

My friends 2016 Fusion can do it. The fact that these trucks can’t but the 4Runner can leads me to believe they don’t want the Tacoma to be the absolute perfect truck. They gotta hav some flaws.

I'm not sure what year they started it. We have had 3 hondas ranging from 2006 to 2012 and they all do it. Sometimes it can be annoying like if you say on your keys and mashed the button. I also have never understood why holding unlock would roll the windows and, but holding lock wouldn't roll them up.

Mine was coming undone as well. I was able to snap most of it back in place. The front and rear bumpers seem so cheap and flimsy.

So I just learned while on the trails the other day when I was messing around with stuff that you can turn on your fogs while your headlights are off. Always learning something new about this truck.

While the truck is running, is there anyway to lock the doors with the keyfob? Car sitting in driveway warming up during winter would be a reason. A remote start is in the future but until then....

That’s a good question. Every time I’ve tried, it won’t let me.

fyi, even with remote start, the truck is going to turn off when you open the door.
