    With global warming taking over the planet, living in places that have "hot summers" its just going to get worse. Best course of action, move to elevation where its normally "too cold". And to be honest, id have moved years ago if i didnt have a son... only 6 more years before he goes off to college and we move to the mountains (but who is counting? me!)
