Turned 69 today, and am thinking next year I should start a 70-plus thread. Can’t believe I let myself get this old, but it’s better that the alternative, as they say. To celebrate, I rode my bike about 25 miles on the scenic High Trestle Trail here in central Iowa. Going out now and putting a good coat of paste wax on my new TRD OR—my third (and last?) Taco. Enjoying the ride!A05532DB-49BF-474D-8687-7147C3235BBB.jpg

Evening everyone, a long Monday in the books. Been under the weather the last few days, either bad food or stomach type flu. Feeling much better today, just not up to Mexican yet. I hope everyone is well.

    Rant!

I let a fellow member borrow my ECGS puller and install tool. Sooo, I got it back today in the mail... He ground the puller on a grinding wheel to "make it fit". Really??? What an ass.

    Rant off...

No. There are huge date farms here in Yuma and just across the river in Bard and Winterhaven....thousands of trees. They are netting the fruit now so the birds can't get it.

Yup, I used it and it fit fine. It purposely fits snug... There's someone else looking to borrow it. I don't want to give it to him as it would certainly suck to get the truck apart and have the puller damage the bearing while not pulling it out.

His idea to reset the fifth wheel jaws might have worked if he would have lowered his pulling point. As he was pulling he was lifting the trailer off the landing gear.
