Ha, you and me both. But for that and an arb rear is like $2200 after core refund. Not cheap.

 

I priced 1300 for gears, arb front locker is 900, 500 for arb dual compressor,

If I pay someone itll run around 500 front/ 500 rear.

So the cost of a swingout tire carrier, winch, snorkle.

 

Pay someone to install the third members? Or to do the regear local?

 

The whole thing done local. That's pricing that's been around what I've searched, without taxes

 

Just the labor? Because the ring and pinion and install set is like $500 on it's own. I have yet to find anyone cheaper than ECGS and their assembled thirds.

Your wife wants a 4Runner. I know this cuz she talked to my wife, who also wants a 4Runner. And Throughout the day they bounced mod ideas off each other for their dream 4Runners. While I applaud their taste in vehicles, I had explain why a supercharged, long travel 4Runner, bedazzled with pelfrey and gobi wasn’t practical

 

5th gen... and that's the one I'd go with.... solid choice man! good luck!

 

The supercharger kit alone for them is crazy priced. Thats 20k worth of mods just between S/C with install and a good +3.5 LT kit with shocks and springs.

 

Pretty soon here I'm going to pull the trigger on rehear, but the assembled 3rds look like the cheapest option. I can't get a shop around here to quote me anything less than what I'd pay for the assembled 3rds.
