I don’t have one yet, but sit the truck in the direct sun if you haven’t been doing that already. Just give it time and hopefully they should dry up and go away.

It sits in the sun when I’m at work. I can tell they are slowly decreasing in size but didn’t know how long I should wait before trying to use a needle

Do not use a needle if you can help it. I would keep waiting and see what happens before going to that extreme.

Anyone have an extra wide with logo pic for a MGM? OP says the extra wide is harder to install, did anyone have difficulty putting it on?

The extra wide is not bad to install just make sure to get a good applicator tool to push all the air/water out. I had several bubbles in mine after 2 weeks and finally used a small suction needle to get them all removed. I will post a pic later tonight when I get home of how mine turned out. Overall though, I am very happy.

I had no trouble at all installing my extra wide. Use plenty of soap/water solution on the hood and back of the decal. You can’t use too much. That helps you getting it positioned where you want it. Then gradually start pushing out the water. Give it some time to dry before you pull off the backing paper. Mine turned out perfect.

Installed mine last night but it was too dark to take photos. LOVE IT! Easy to install just adjust quickly once down. I made center marks top and bottom on the paper and my hood with a sharpie. The alcohol will clean it off afterwards. No bubbles so far here in the morning, and you can see the dew is still a little wet in the photos. After driving with it in surprised it really does cut down on glare

I’m assuming a car wash is ok for the decal?

Definitely. They are made to be washed and stuff. Waxing can leave a line if residue around the edges. Just gotta keep that part clean. But yeah you can wash it just fine.

Really happy with how the short decal came out. I like the look of the longer decals, but am starting a Paint Protection film install business and need the front of the hood to practice/demo.
