@hoverlover I didn’t “find” it was bringing up the rear. It was just north of Area 51 by a couple miles just a muddy pool of water with about 6ft of mud. Wasn’t to just thick just clay type mud that sucks you in. I know the truck can do it but was my first time really wheeling it with the new setup just wanted to get a feel for it. Now I’m totally comfortable an ready to tackle what y’all did.

That's cool, I saw that puddle in the background of the winching/recovery picture and was wondering if there was a wet area like a stream or creek or something. That place is much bigger than I thought it was! It'd be fun to camp out and explore the place over a weekend. (Hurry up cooler weather!)

I totally understand getting comfortable with the truck. That's the way to do it, it's a lot to risk. Personally, I won't jump on anything I'm not 100% comfortable with.

 

Not usually one to complain about the weather.

But I'm ready for camping season!

Ya it was YUGE I got lost a time or 2 def takes a weekend to explore it I imagine. I’d love to go in the fall or spring when it’s cooler.
