The entire post. Lets see the written offer.

You can see what OR and Pros are selling for which contradicts everything you said.

All mods being equal, your buddy will only get maybe $5k more

How did I contradict myself? I wish I was making up those offers, but I have nothing to gain from doing so. Used Pros sell at auction for sticker, easy. Hell, one sold for 47k in California bone stock. Keep in mind that’s wholesale...

I was just as butthurt as you when my every option modded off-road wasn’t worth shit on trade. You have nothing but your opinion backing your argument. The biggest auction in the country says otherwise.

Well shit, it looks like I need to get into the car business. I'll buy bone stock Pros from used car dealers for 37k and flip them at auction for 47k

    https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/t-Used-Toyota-Tacoma-TRD-Pro-Dallas-ev2091_L33702#listing=212490987

At the end of the day, every truck sold was purchased for less, so if a Pro was bought for $47k at Auction that means it must be listed for $50k and no one will buy it.

Quick search at my nearby dealership shows pros around 44k and OR around 40k

    A) that doesnt list vehicle so they could be anything.
    B) All the 40k+ it says transactions not in sample.
    c) Someone got ripped off haha

At the end of the day the argument is moot, the vehicles devalue at similar rates. In 10 years when I get rid of this, people will be looking for modified vehicles for crawling, not washed up Pros.

The transactions not in sample has to do with the condition report, not the sale itself. Just take the L and move on.

I'm content, my truck cost less than a Pro, is significantly more capable and at the end of the day will get better ROI. If thats an L I'll take it all day

So back to these lifted Pro pics. Still like to see them, I’d never do it but I still like to look. Some guys make them look real nice.

Exactly why I got an OR. To go offroading in the bush. My 2018 with 1900km (Canada) is scratched to shit and been crawling it as much as it can handle. A pro could maybe do the same? But cost more lol

My Pro is all stock,it can go just about anywhere,I bought it because the suspension is very nice ,and I like the looks, also it fits in my garage.Would have bought the offroad if I wanted too just turn around and change out the suspension on a brand new truck.6 inch lifts everyone darn well knows is a waste for anything but looks and bad gas millage.
