Damn, anyone know of something similar out there? I know kbvoodoo was making similar product for a while but they don't anymore either. Or if anyone has either of these and can give me some dimensions/ pictures that'd be cool!

I have one's that @Urineovrurhead made, I haven't test fit them on truck, but I'm in the process of Modeling them and making drawings for our fab shop to make some. The shop wont' be complete until September, but hopefully by the end of september I'll have a few more sets.

thanks man! I'm in Solidworks for 50 hours a week at a min, I can squeeze in time for fun stuff too!

The ultimate dream is to have my own shop to design what I want and make things for me and friends.

I've been through 3 jobs since college, 4 if you include my part time gig. My last move, I made sure it checked off all the boxes: work home life balance (aka riding time lol), job description, and compensation.

That being said, your an engineer so finding a job will not be hard haha.

I get hit up by recruiters almost weekly

Well currently Im working it to either go to Alaska for a few years to get into the aviation industry side or possibly bounce to LA for work that I do now. So do I take on the moose or get sendy with the boys out west? Obviously one avenue will be better financially.

So that's one thing i'm constantly thinking about, lifestyle vs income, and right now i'm younger so i'm trying to make as much as I can now (and save) so i might be able to retire early and travel

My problem is I have been on the east for too long and I know what the west has...so to me lifestyle will always win over making money in a miserable habitat. If that means Im not making an uber killing...that's ok, but shit we are engineers to begin with so its not like we will be fighting the grain to keep our heads above water like other professions.

Good luck with CC. I cant tell you how many times I have called them for service questions and I always get the "yea man this guy was a genius and designed this shock for next year and knows all about your frame set up...but yea we let him go 6 months ago." I wouldn't ever want to work for them as they seem to get a guy to develop something for them and then they drop them. So far that is three instances where a designer was dropped after his creation. I almost want to say you need to try out west, but it might ruin you for the long run if you share similar ideals to me.
