    Hello all! My name's Dave and I go by professor since I'm a teacher. I just got my first truck ever, though I've been drooling over tacos for years. She's a 2016 TRD off-road in Barcelona red, and I call her Ruby. I'm so glad to be here!

    Ruby and I will be headed out to Moab, Utah this September for a MTB trip with some buddies, and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend some cheap affordable rock sliders? I know my wife doesn't want to pay for anything else now that we have this truck but I think protecting the investment might be a good idea. It might help convince her if the sliders helped our kids climb up into the truck. Thoughts?

    I just got back from Colorado and Moab last week with my first Taco! Truck made the trip to and from Cali with a 4 and 6yr old totally worth it! Didn’t do any off roading in UT but loved the Bunce School Road south of Estes Park. Have fun! And yes....if it “helps the kids” it’s worth upgrading the truck
