Interested in how you eventually sort this out... I've got some 4.56 Nitro's that need to be installed and am considering going to 235/80R17 or 255/80R17 (which is pretty close to your 275's)

I'm debating doing the ISF (Isotropic Super-finishing) treatment to my ring & pinions before installing. Supposedly this enables you to side-step the break-in process you just went through. Did you consider doing this at all? It doesn't look like ECGS offers the treatment though.

They definitely added moar love stains to the seats. Now you're just like golf ball.

@tubbsisland will be able to speak to this. I believe it's 250$ extra to do. Just don't remember if that's total or per diff. I did not have that option from ECGS but the break in hasn't been that bad.

We have a set of 40s, that should work right?

That’ll do. @4Running Daily how tall and wide do your falkens measure? What wheel width and BS?

@RPS1030 same questions: tire actual height and width, wheel BS and wheel width?

Falken's website list that tire at 36.7 and 12.9. A guess on wheel is 8.5 width and 4.75 BS

I think @RPS1030 wheels are like 3 or 3.5 backspace.

edit Looks like he beat me to it. And it is on a sport wheel.
