Today I installed my new transfer case skid for rerouted exhaust. Gained a couple more inches of clearance. I also took the time to service my steel winch line after my last trip. I had to winch about 130' up a hill in the rain, so needless to say it was used hard and put away wet. Literally. I pulled it all out, and the wiped the whole thing down with PB blaster. The manual recommends using a penetrating oil for cleaning it. Then I used an F-150 as an anchor and applied slight brake pressure and winched in.

Are the exhaust reroutes all custom work?

Yes, unless you buy the urd y pipe. That bolts right up and eliminates the low hanging piece.

Find a local members thread and offer up beer and maybe a little cash and you’ll get 5 dudes willing to install it. It really is easy.

If I'm just looking for high clearance, not high performance, I'm guessing having a local exhaust guy custom-make the rerouted section is going to be the least expensive way to go, right?

I have EBC stage 4 and greenstuff pads. They feel great, you will notice the stopping difference.

The pole holders I bought from a local bait shop.

    Used these:
Mounting Bracket Light Clamp OZ-USA Bar Roof Roll Cage 1.5" 2" Tube 4x4 Offroad UTV LED https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MFB7R94/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_nI8vBbW5NX712
To mount to my N fab light bar. I sourced the hardware and such from home depot and had to bore out the mounting holes a little. Works well though.

Definitely digging it.. I'm constantly reinventing a fishing rod holder and can't seem to find the right one.

Where does it dump the exhaust? I like the extra clearance.

I got a quote from a local home shop and he was looking for $800 to do it, with the possibility of it being more if he ran into issues hahaha. I laughed at him when he said his price, but I still haven't got it done yet. His price scared me from asking anyone else! (Up in Canada)

That’s utterly insane!! I would just drive around to various shops and get quotes. That’s what I did. First place I went wanted $350. I declined and as they were pulling it off the lift I was googling other shops and drove straight to the next one.
