new to the thread, thought I’d like to reach out and see if anyone else has the same grille guard put on their Tacoma, for I have yet to see anyone else with this grille guard.

    Welcome!

I have never seen one like that. Who makes it? I kind of dig the look.

The brand is Armordillo. I was only able to find it on carid, though. It’s modular as well, and can hold a light bar or two auxiliary pods

Welcome.... looks cool. Looks like you might see the top bar when driving. Does it rise into your line of sight?

Actually, i thought the same thing. However when I drove with it on for the first time after installing it, I couldn’t even see it. It’s flush with the top of my grille and edge of hood and there’s no visibility issues. It just sticks out forward more than it looks like it’s standing up. And has perfect clearance for headlights as well. Reason why I got this grille guard. Looks good in the evening when I have my light bar DRL’s on.

Funny thing is the previous owner of my truck hit someone’s toehitch and it made a huge square dent and an arch in the front frame. Made the bolts for the brackets almost impossible to remove because of the excess pressure
