The installer probably didn't tighten the bolts all the way. Cuz if you're worried about 1/8 of an inch over a 30" bar, you crazy. Though it sounds like people already know you are

I understand what you are saying man, but as someone following along with what you have been doing through your posts, it’s pretty cool. It’s something custom that is unique to your truck. You’ll be happier with the results if you just keep going, man. I’m sure I’m not the only one who is excited to see your progress and finished product.
