First time on your truck or are you replacing an older one?

    Replacing the old one.

I thought my brother had a set that was tapped to mount superbumps to but his plates aren't tapped.

When I was removing the superbumps Saturday, one of the bolts snapped. The other bolt is still good, but I wouldn't trust it offroad cycling the suspension. It could possibly rip off, be lost forever and then I'm replacing a superbump set also. Gotta spend money to save money.

Curious, when eventually the gashole gets dirty like the rest of the filler door won't plugging the gas cap into it just help to transfer dirt from the gashole to the gas tank? Or am I over thinking it? Great build BTW!

I actually meant to ask you; it may just be me or how the picture is taken because this is something that's not directly in sunlight 24/7, but the gasshole looks faded to me?? :notsure: like I said, could just be the lighting.

I think if you wipe and clean your gasshole, the tank won't be affected. Just like in life.

    Good point nonetheless

Not sure if that's for me, but thanks!!

Did you buy your ADD W1 catch can directly from their site? Searching on Amazon for that brings up some stuff but nothing actually marked "ADD W1."

I bought it second hand from a member on here.

FleaBay for the win. When in doubt, FleaBay.

Groovy. I was looking at some cheaper ones on Amazon but this seems like something you don't want to skimp on. ADD W1 seems to be the popular choice all the kids are going with.

@KaptainH This is the only thing that I can think of that should fix the vibes (minimal) I still have left:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...-and-write-up-to-follow.472081/#post-14452734

Need to test to see if that's what I need:

"The simple test to see if the needle bearing is causing any problems is: drive untill your vibration occurs, then switch to 4Hi, if the noise/vibration goes away, then you need the ECGS diff bushing."

That's a lot of cheddar and a half day's work..

I can speak for the quality of the catch can. Good investment. Love mine.

You actually reminded me that I need to empty mine out. I will do that tomorrow and install my MESO lights too.

Well, I doubt his will be mounted the same. I will have to redo mine once I make the switch to dual batteries. I will have even less room once those are done too..The engine bay is the Bane of my existence.
