Im just not putting teflon on. Why cant I replace them?

 

I think Chris was asking for pics because you make it sound like something is wrong with your current ones. There’s nothing wrong with them, but you just want to change it up, and there’s nothing wrong with that either.

 

Exactly, just curious since its a pronounced enough issue that figured there might have been a spot worth taking a photo of. Of course man its your ride...if the sliders arnt working as intended might as well swap out.

Im on my second set of skids as we speak due to a different design which is pretty synonymous with sliders so Im in the same boat.

 

Its just a hunch. I haven't looked at anything. All could be well

 

No worries man, I was strictly just being inquisitive. But yea if things are slowly tearing apart...not a good thing when they are supposed to protect other parts from being torn apart.

 

U can replace them all day I was just trying to be helpful. I've had huge success using gaskets and Teflon shims for anything that wears.

 

Besides I already told you I'd buy your old ones!
