we can dig on the North side of the house first. and start to replace the perimeter drain. thinking of running two pipes on for the gutters one for drainage.

    Liking them raspberries!

Red/Green Button guys are so much “fun” to work with,..
    o_O

I had a R/G guy try to argue with me that he should be able to flip the positive direction of the X axis without changing the direction of Y or Z, had to explain right hand rule. (let the circular argument begin)

His answer “well I don’t like that rule, who eff came up with that anyway”

    my answer “Pythagoras”

R/Gg “who the eff is Pythagoras”

“Greek mathematician that lived about 2500yrs ago, take it up with him”

our plant has gone down hill so bad were getting a group of operators with 25+ years and do a sit down with management, plant manager included. were swamped busy, heavy july vacation and there bitichin for more production like we ant trying. they wont hire qualified people and cant find people who want to work. they call in,dont even know how to start a lawn mower!!when i got hired 35 yrs ago u had to pass a mechanical apptitude test and when you earned you journeymans card it was a big deal. you could get a print/bind job anywhere in the country with it. now there not worth the paper there printed on. so we shut lines down bout every day for lack of operators which is money lost and contracts lost. just riding it out to retire.our age group has pride. run quality at budget speeds. clean and lube our machines sweep and empty trash and set the next guy up well. management is killing this plant!!!

    The chief with three squaws

The Planes Indians practiced polygamy, and one chief had three squaws.
The first squaw lived in a teepee of elk hide, the second in a teepee
made of buffalo hide, and the youngest in a teepee of hippopotamus hide.
Then he slept with each wife on the eve of his great hunting trip.
He was gone nine moons and when he returned, he went into the elk hide
teepee and found that his wife had borne him a son. Likewise, in the
buffalo hide teepee, that squaw, too, had borne him a son. So, imagine
his surprise when he found twin baby boys in the hippopotamus hide
    teepee.

    This just proves that …
The squaw of the hippopotamus is equal to the sum of the squaws of the other two hides.

A few weeks ago I was talking with a coworker who has been working there 40 years. I asked him what difference do you
see with the new people compared to the people who got hired 24 yrs. ago like myself.
1.you guys had experience, needed very little training.
    2. You guys had respect for the older workers, and listened to what your told.
