I like them, but I want less poke this time around as I don’t off-road. I almost bought the bronze ray10.

I am assuming the fact he is using a term like “poke” means he is not using factory wheels. That’s a hellaflush term.

I'm close to pleasant hill and can pick it up for you. I'm sure it can get TW expressed to you too. Where are you located?

@siznarf actually connecting some dots...I think he sold his other taco with the SCS wheels on it so that's what he was referring to.

Yes, only had the truck a month.

I had SCS Stealth 6 wheels on my 09 I just sold. Going a different route this time.

I just learned the term “poke”. Seems to be what TW uses to describe offsets.

Pretty common term in car/truck modification. Poke, tuck, flush, etc. And then of course there is ahi poke. :boink:

I’d like to add a clarification to this statement. Those terms are only common now with the internet being what it is. Those terms didn’t come about as common car/truck until recently. These words were not bandied about before the ‘net. Flush was used in the low rider scene, but not commonly as that is a small, niche mod scene.

And I love me some Poke bowl...
    And Pokémon go...

How old are you?! :anonymous: :boink:(no offense!)

That's some liberal use of "recently" though, I'd say the jargon has been in use for 10+ years. I'm not a big fan of it though, stance movement that is.

I always thought a cool name for a Jamaican Poke place would be " It's Pokémon!".
    Or something like that.

I agree, and I only heard the term poke from Vuth of SCS when in inquired about some Ray10s.
