They should be canning again today and it will update tomorrow morning. What day are you going again? You might be able to drafts as well as buy cans to take home. They haven't done Julius a ton lately.

    :eek:That's insane.

I was wondering after one of your posts earlier; when they made you go into the lodge because of the flooding did they comp the room or at least knock off the price of the campsite? I think I remember you mentioning that you weren't planning on paying for a hotel/food out.

Gonna head up tomorrow. Took a day off from work to go with my neighbor, since it's a big craft beer fan as well, and used to live close to Tree House.

The plan is to get out of here by 9:15, get some stuff, and then come home.

Yeah so weekdays they open at 12 and sometimes they open a little earlier, sometimes they don't. It is complete luck if it's busy when you get there or not. I have been at 12 and had no line and then the next week have a huge line. Had the same thing later afternoon so just plan to wait and be happy if you don't. They'll update the site again tomorrow morning if they add a beer. There is a group on Facebook (I think called Treehouse Trading Ring or something similar) that always has people posting up to date line times, etc. and they typically know when a silent release will happen as well. Either way, its a beautiful brewery and you'll enjoy the beer!

He didn't do the tour with us we just met.him in VT. He took his kid out wheeling the 1st day of the tour but then met up with us at the campground. The 2nd day he stayed in VT and went wheeling again.
Yes they comped the room. We are out of the hotel now and back at the campground. We are staying at one of the cabins here. They are taking very good care of us

OMG, you ain't getting that camper out anytime soon! What do you do if you can't get if by the time you need to come home for work? And I assume you have your truck with you, it's just the camper that is stranded? I'd be freakin' pissed but what can you do, it's not like it's the campgrounds fault. Can't reason with mother nature, she's the boss.

Wow... best hit that with a LOT of speed and hope for the best!

Is there a way for you to even walk back to the camper to make sure it’s ok and fold it up?

So I'm trying to hire a new guy. I found someone I want to offer the job to and a solid runner up, but I threw out probably 3/4 of the applications I got. They were so bad, resumes with huge formatting issues, cover letters that were made for another employer and they didn't replace all instances of their name with ours, resumes with jobs listed but no details, grammar and spelling errors. We even had one guy who we were going to offer the job to, but the references he gave us were awful. A bunch of people saying "yes, he worked for us, that's all I'm going to say."

Assuming I'm not blown away by the last interview I have, I'm going to offer a 19-year-old the job. His resume was well done, he has obviously made an effort to get experience in the field by doing internships and volunteering, and he interviewed really well. He's going to beat out people with bachelor's degrees and a decade of experience because they couldn't even put effort into a resume and cover letter and that told me all I needed to know.

    See that a lot too.
Sounds like the 19 y.o. wants it more and will more than likely work more to be there.
