    wonder how many police stops you will get for it looking blue (vol. fire color). great if you are standing, bad if you are moving :)

    and I get that the lights are prob white, but the perception is blue projecting light.

    I'm sure I'll find out soon enough. Good thing is I rarely drive at night anymore. My butt is headed to bed by 9pm every night unless I'm doing night training for work.

    was thinking of adding lights to our BAMF grille insert that had the blue background. but then I thought it would be construed as a blue light. our town is pretty picky on illegal lights outside of headlights (under carriage, wheels, etc) since we are in farm country and volunteer firemen are busy all year round.

    Howdy everyone from Austin, Texas.

    Just started dipping my toe into Tacoma and how great they are. Been looking at them for 3 years and finally made the leap from a Ford F250 Crew Cab, to a new (to me) Blazing Blue Double Cab SR5.

    Hoping to get some more ideas from the other post here. So far, I have changed tires and wheels. Eventually I will be blacking out everything.

    Gulf States Toyota is proud as hell of their port-installed extras. I bet it came with the TSS wheels, KO2s, and the black tube step. Getting it used was much smarter than new, as they mark those trucks up a bit as "Texas Editions" new. Used, you get a better price.
