Glad to hear that. sounds like it has been fixed. From what I hear, the spot I am talking about gets washed out once and a while and makes it definitely a moderate, but it gets fixed quite frequently.

Crikey, tons of good suggestions! I've ordered the book that was posted, at least I can start with the easier trails and work my way up from there. I went to Moab for the first time this year, and want to keep going back. I just want to be able to drive home too. :)

I'm going to second shafer and gemini bridges. Those are the trails the rangers at the Moab Welcome Center told me to do and they are really fun for someone just getting into the sport without having to be toooo worried about breaking their truck. I did it in a stock DCLBOR, stock tires and no airing down. My avatar is near the top of Shafer IIRC.

Never been, but have fun! That's one of my bucket list item tbh. Just have to find time to plan a drive down from Vancouver Canada :)

Yeah... videos can get you into trouble. My buddies and I watched the Helldorado video and decided to give it a shot (at 3 pm). We were winching up the water fall at 1 AM and eating at Dennys at 3 AM.

Headed there in September. You won't want to run the trails I will be doing... I'm riding my mtn bike!

People make too big of a deal of shit. Like needing to lift and run Kings because their kid's soccer practice has a grass parking lot...

When I saw the Crown Vic run Moab and a stock 4Runner run Cadillac Hill... yeah, a stock Taco can go pretty damn far.

Most people don't even have the off road ability to take this stock truck to its max. Seriously a dude with experience and balls will get farther in a stock vehicle than 90% of the members here with Kings or the like. Skid plates are far more valuable than a lift if you're actually wheeling. At least in my part of the country.
