I'd rather not be a hassle for everyone else, but first time at an offroad park. I ski so I get greens, blues, and blacks. I'm not afraid though...just don't know if truck is capable at this point.

I did a black on oem suspension. Accidentally of course but I got it done. Don't be shy about asking for a spotter. And if you don't feel comfortable doing it. Then just don't. No pressure. Do the trails you are comfortable with.

I don’t ski, but the blues at Rausch are no joke depending on which ones you end up on. Without sliders you will need a lot of spotting and rock stacking most likely to avoid getting your rockers.

I personally would not take a truck (that I care about body damage on) without sliders on blues.

Opinions will vary though. The first time I was there, I was fully armored. There was a guy with a stock PRO 4Runner who did everything we did on blues. Took a lot of time and rock stacking though.

There must be a group running greens you can get in with, no?

I'll be there for Friday. I can check out your rig, and let you know. A suggestion, maybe ride along for a couple of hours in the morning to see some trails.

@Skierrichy I would be much more comfortable if you had sliders. The trails I have in mind should be ok without them.
But ultimately it is your decision. And wet trails are always more interesting. One slip at the wrong time could end up in body damage despite the quality of spotting.

That's my happy face.even when I stall a 100 times. When I'm wheeling it makes me happy. No matter the trail or difficulty

Thanks for the input you guys. I don't want to do damage obviously, but it goes with the territory of wheeling, that part I get. @Subway4X4 said he would babysit me through some blues, but I don't want to put a damper on his fun. And I'm definitely not afraid to work for it.

I don't know if anyone is doing greens, if the truck can't handle blues I'd definitely like to hookup with people doing greens.

I damaged my bedside on a blue. Then @Manual man74 did the same thing immediately after. And I was making sure his bedside didn't rip off.

If it were dry and nice weather then I would attempt blues with no sliders, because taking your time and stacking rocks isn't too bad. In the dumping rain that sounds miserable, plus you're much more likely to slip and still damage your truck.

Subways4x4 fun is recovery. If you needed a winch every 100' that would make his weekend. Floyd loves that shit.
