Somewhere on TW there is a thread on that very subject. I didn't start it, and can't find it at the moment.

What is the best way to stay up to date on when the bed rack will be available for purchase again?

Would love to know this as well. I see a lot of questions, but no answers or ideas. Wondering if it would work to fit the bracket between the rail and the mounting mech for the cover.

Will your tonneau brackets work with an Access Vanish roll up tonneau cover?

I'm not familiar with that cover. The important thing is that our bracket can fit under the cover and attach to the bed.

Thanks for the response! I'm concerned that it won't fit with my cover because the cover has to fit extremely snugly along the side of the bed to line up at the tailgate. Here are a few pics of my current setup. I feel like there may not be enough room for bracket between the side of the bed and the cover rails. What do you think?

Anything can be made to work, but it may take some playing around, or even modification to the cover rails.
