    Im not sure exactly what they do, I do know its pricey. I know they wash it, fix the paint as needed, polish it, apply the BC-04 Modesta coating. I think UV lights are used to cure the glass. Took the detailer 2 days for this job. The truck was driven to the detailer straight from the dealer where i bought it.

    Thinking about getting it Krown'ed next. We use a lot of salt and salt brine up here.

    I did just the opposite, well, kind of. I also did a similar trade when I got the Tundra back in '11. In 2008 I bought a very basic regular cab 4wd 5speed Tacoma and drove it for just three years. That's also when I joined TW which is why my membership number is so low. I decided I needed more interior space (I didn't have little kids, was already long past that phase of my life, but did haul passengers on occasion) so traded it on the '11 Tundra. I drove the white Tundra for 6 years and it gave me good service, but I didn't like the fact that it seemed so big and bloated, tough to park in busy parking lots, was pretty thirsty, and I found myself wishing for something smaller again, only not as small as the old regular cab. I guess my jump from the regular cab to the Tundra was too big a leap for me.

    So I did the sensible thing, in June of last year I traded the Tundra for the Inferno double-cab long-bed. I could not be happier. Best of both worlds for me, easier handling truck, better mileage, and the color is damn cool. If I were buying a Tundra now I'd definitely look for an Inferno one.
