Polestar tune does tighten up the tranny. currently first gear is a bit sloppy.

But daily stays stock, so no go.

You can't ignore how beat it is. It makes you aware of it's own short comings.

 

it's main shortcoming is the body doesn't survive being smashed into rocks. imma go out on a limb and say that falls under abuse

I know, holy shit. It's not even a write up at this point it's a book. So many different options each with their own little advantages and disadvantages.

I was legitimately looking at grafting that assembly onto a Tacoma sway bar. It may still end up happening but there are a few issues:

• Really expensive.
• Servos fail regularly.
• FCA is garbage and the assembly itself can have water intrusion issues.
• mounting would potentially be an issue and definitely require frame mods.

But by all means if you stumble across someone that has one with a failed servo (or failed seals) and they are trying to offload for cheap, please send it my way.

There currently exists no cutting process accurate enough to satisfy @Nitori

 

He’s very attached to having a sway bar so it seems.
