If anyone has any recommendations on tires, thoughts welcome.
None of the 1st Gen tacos, not sure on the 3rd 4runners. Not compatible at all though, at least not with a @BartMaster1234 hack job :sawzall::welder:

@1997tacomav6 did beautiful job grafting a 3rd Gen T4R hood onto a Tacoma hood.

Tire wise - BF Goodrich KO2’s hands down. Beautiful looking tire, quiet, and durable.

No its different you would have to change the whole front clip.
You have to cut it out a 4 runner hood and put it on a tacoma hood if you want one

No the grille lip is completely different than the Tacoma. You have to cut and graft the hood scoop onto your truck.

I live right next door to the factory in Fremont.

Fun Fact: Our trucks were built in the same factory

Yakima loadwarrior, Yakima tracks. Used the low profile option ;)
    This.

Doubtful going to resolve on their own either. I'd be curious what the scanner says....

As long as it's running, right? Seriously a miracle you've salvaged it. Still amazed bud. Nice job.

It's less Tacoma and more mod

Wouldn't buy those tires ever again, would sell the truck first, but the hood scoop is nicely done.
