I'm on the fence about the matte clear myself, but all the guys in my shop seemed to really like it. The photo really doesn't do it justice, I'll work on getting a better shot. Either way, it's easy enough to fix if I need to. I'm toying with the idea of doing a complete Xpel Stealth wrap, and if I do that, the matte clear on the taillights should blend well.

 

AC drain mod before anything else. Cheap, quick, and will save your frame from rusting. That's the first one I did. There's a sticky for it. And welcome to TW

Got some paint done on the front headlights as well today.


Got the Tonneau Cover on, the Rhino Basket got delayed, but it's incoming at least. It's starting to come together. Getting the easy stuff out of the way.

Installed the t-slot strips in the Prinsu to cut down on wind noise. Didn't help much.....so now gonna see about getting a new fairing built. Same design but no cutouts on the bottom corners and 1" taller. Not my truck but this is where I think most of the noise is coming from..

 

It shows through nicely. I'll try to grab some nighttime shots.

 

This reminds me of how me and my dad celebrated our last Christmas. We were too lazy to get a real tree so we got one of those plastic ones, but then we were too lazy to put it together. So we just stood the box up and put the presents around the box. To this day that plastic tree has never seen daylight.

 

Solid! The picture on the box probably looks better than the actual tree ever will!
