Where to buy various parts?

I picked up a used Leer shell this week and its in need a a little TLC, I got it for super cheap and I'm glad to spend a little on it to get it fixed up. I'm needing to replace the seals around the back window (one against tail gate, and the one the door rests against) as well as the shell/bed seal. Planning to replace the handles since they are rusted and no keys anyway. Already pulled the screens out of the windows to replace since they had several holes in them.

Does anyone have a website where they buy these types of parts for shells? I've searched a lot online for parts without too much luck specially for the door seals.

Also, I found a couple small holes in the exterior, what would be the best way to fix them? I was thinking about just dabbing a little clear silicone on them for now to keep the water out.
