Any recommendations to where I can set up my antenna for my 3rd gen?? I DNT have metal bumpers so that's out of the picture?

CB Antenna? Try the bed rails. @Zac of all trades sells a bed mount tab you could use.

Nice but the thing is that I have a cover on my truck bed which i use a whole lot and don't want to make a hole for the CB antenna.

@ragofabrication has a couple options depending on if you want in the front or rear of your truck. If your not running ditch lights you can just use you can just use a ditch light mount.

 

Would that work for a 3rd gen

 

Front would work good that way I DNT have to run the cables all the way to the rear you know. But I'll send him a PM and see what he got

I cannot confirm it if would fit on a 3rd gen though? But it goes at the tail gate on the passenger side between the tailgate and beside using two of the bolts on the bed. But I can send you a picture of how it would mount and you can see if it would mount the same on your 3rd gen.

Also, this is actually for a light pod, but I can modify it for you to fit a CB antenna as I would want the hole to be more to the left of where the current hole is drilled.
