I've seen this on homes that were built...I think....before 2003. The unit is undersized. Down the block 2 story homes that were built later on still use a single unit BUT its zone right , dual furnace, and the dampers are adjusted properly. Talk to your installer about proper airflow, damper system properly adjusted and sizing a proper unit.

Mine was built in 98 so that would fit the bill. The furnace is gas and has no issue keeping up but the AC definitely leaves a lot to be desired.

The Alvin(hamburger)with pico, corn salsa and sour cream. Simple but delicious.

These have honey and cinnamon on them with some whipped cream for dipping. They kind of went light on the honey today but they were still good. I'm not much of a sweets fan(I prefer making them to eating them)but I like these every now and then.

I opt for the salad a lot so I don't get that over full and sleepy feeling at work.

Hm, depending on the size of your attic you can probably put to furnaces up there, reroute the upstairs duct work to it. Also look into jumper air ducts.

Man I would follow @CedarPark down any trail! Hes a killer spotter and because of that gives you lots of confidence behind the wheel! I did shit in hidden falls last year that I would have never even thought about thanks to him. So yeah dude is a beast! Can't wait to wheel with him again. I wouldn't mind getting another trip together. But who would be willing to go to hot springs or somewhere in Oklahoma? I want to try a new park. I've been to hot springs twice now and its BEAUTIFUL!!! and heard good things about Disney in Oklahoma. Best bet would be something late October or early November.

My attic is tiny. It's barely larger than the actually upstairs unit and the ducting.

My dad added the second story to my childhood home when I was 2. Moved the current unit and added a second on the attic space by the washer/dryer. Made duct work easy and kept air flow a breeze.

Get it? Air flow... a breeze...

It’s covered Texas and Louisiana, parts of New Mexico, Arkansas, and Florida.

    There is no escape.

I had been looking at purchasing from and having Home Depot do the install for the new AC unit and the installer guy told me they would include the radiant barrier for free because my attic was so small and had said if I asked I could probably push for a discount on insulation to be done at the same time. I'm just kind of hesitant to use them as I generally prefer to use a smaller business as I know especially after Harvey the ones in my area are rebuilding and need the work.

My prior taco just pulled up to the light behind me. :annoyed:. Hits me in the feels that I let her go. Nice to see she's taken care of though.

The ducting is so stupid too. There are two ducts that come straight from the unit directly to my bedroom which is directly below the upstairs unit. So you can hang meat in there but walk 30 feet and feel like you're cooking in the living room because it's all diverted from the other ones across the house.

Doesn't Home Depot contract local guys for that sort of thing?
