    Brand dealership?

I can only speak for myself. Love my 4Runner so far (2 years). But I never really trusted my 2017 Tacoma. Sold it. So I am watching from th sidelines again unless I find a nice 2015.

Lemon law won't work. I just called the Massachusetts number. I only have protection for the year. Even though the first radiator faiure happened at 10 months, 12k mikes, the next time it broke was in March of 2018, and then the recent one this week. I was hoping it went back to the original date of 10/17 but it does not.

Yea, 12 months is typical across the states. Bummer.

Clearly this is a warranty fix though. Unless you did a mod or outrageous offroading and they can prove abuse, it should be on their fing nickle.

Which is why Toyota is passing the buck on this. I don't see any damage in the pics so I would challenge it as far as I could as OP probably will.
If all else fails, I'd eat it on trade in on a new truck from a different brand. Only after I made the service dealer waste a bunch of time on a potential sale that is never going to happen. Because f them.

I might as well just buy the radiator for the 17 at this point. I can get out of this for under 200 bucks and get the coolant done by somebody. This sucks dude.

Just buy an aftermarket radiator like Koyo brand. Fucking Toyota always not owning up to their fuckups.

I went to Witney and paid 118 bucks. Fuck it. If Toyota factory calls on Friday and says they refuse to pay, then I will have this to stick in. Not supposed to be this way.

Ok, left a message on the dealer owners voice mail venting my frustrations. He went down and looked at the vehicle and the dealer is paying the labor and toyota factory is paying for the parts. He said it doesn’t sit well with him knowing that i went through two radiators and now it happens again with no obvious evidence that the fault is mine.

I may get it back Friday or Monday. I will update the thread.

Good deal. Sucks jumping through so many hoops to get it resolved though. I'd be planning on selling it or going aftermarket if it were me though.

Hopefully this one is a success. If this was me I’d probably drive it off a cliff lol

I have to think about damage to the heads. I'm pulling over on that red screen warning on 3 separate events now. This isn't my 72 Scamp with slant 6 motor. This is a delicate petunia.
