@FlapJack935 you're seemingly friends with this guy? I am interested in his bumper and how it's attatched to the frame. Clean truck.

Looks like he had a slightly modified trail gear before?

You bringing stuff to mess with mine next weekend? I'm sure it isn't perfect. Though we could probably start with tuning bypasses.

Also finishing up playing the frame up to the gas tank X member, moved my X brace forward a bit, and throwing in a brace for he shackle hangars. IMG_2660.jpg

Anyone think adding a straight tube across in front of the X is necessary?

Straight tube in front no. But I'd tie the actual hangars into that crosstube...the straight tube by itself really doesn't do much...and I'd plate the frame after that forward crossmember to at least the body mount..... when I chopped my frame off it had a couple small cracks in front of that crossmember...

Better than nothin...I was talking about the actual hangers tho like a diagonal from the hangar to that tube

T style joints by themselves arnt good for much unfortunately...those joints are a "dead" joint. The load path has no where to go.... always think in triangles when it comes to tubing... always

That was more of the original plan, but it got modified due to available materials. Should be way better than it was
