Does the OEM textured black match the fender cover on the TRD Off Road?

 

Haha. Should have our quotes from our painter back this week. Our first parts should get in next week. Not sure how many we'll do on the initial run so they might not be put up for sale until we build up the inventory. That shouldn't be more than a week or two later than that though. I might be able to sneak you one of the initial sets haha.

 

This is a close-up our our textured black vs the OEM textured black. Up close you can tell that they use a different pattern for their texture, but more than 2 feet back they look the same. This picture is from like 9 inches away lol. Our's is a little deeper black too.

 

I can get behind this statement.

 

Are these priced by the pair or individually??

Awesome! I'm sure other people are wondering about the durability as well. They are made of very high-quality ABS with a UV clear coat, so the color won't fade. The Super White ones are molded-in-color, so even deep scratches and rock chips won't show like they would with paint.

If you decide to do a review on here, I'm sure that mentioning your perception on the "quality/durability" front would probably be helpful to a lot of people! I know it probably doesn't mean much coming from me lol.

 

Any idea when the MGM will be available?

 

Should be about 2 weeks. I'll have a conversation with guys that are in charge of that later today and I'll post any new info I get from them.

So I just got my bumpershellz yesterday and put them on this morning. Took about 15mins to install from start to finish. I gotta say I’m super impressed! They came well packed in bubble wrap plus have clear plastic film on the shellz to protect from scratches. The color matching seems spot on for my super white. Once I cleaned everything up and installed them they fit perfectly. I don’t think anyone would even know they were shellz and not the original bumper! I was a little worried initially about how long they would stick to the bumper but after the install im not too worried about it. Even if the sticky part failed there inserted so well I doubt they would fall plus you have the insert tabs on the bottom to prevent it from coming out. Overal super impressed and way better then plastidipping, doing the color match spray paint, or buying the black inserts. The only drawback I can say is price. Not that the price isn’t warranted or the quality isn’t that good but some people may balk at 150 dollars with shipping. I used there 10% off coupon which brought the total shipped price to 134. If you got the cash and have a chrome bumper this is your best, easiest, and cleanest option! Would buy again 10/10! Chrome be gone!

Just came in 10 minutes ago lol. So this is our first test set meaning we only have one for now. I'm thinking I might want to start a group-buy for each separate color. That should help bring costs down as well. Thoughts?
