I have a slight clunk/pop when going over speed bumps and when making a sharp uphill right turn.

    Specs:
Fox 2.5 RR front (25 threads preload)
    SPC UCA
    Swaybar removed
    Fox 2.0 RR rear
    HS 3-AAL

The speedbump clunk seems to be under compression. It’s very slight, doesn’t sound like metal-to-metal. It sounds like two pieces of plastic or something are tapping each other and I can feel it in the floorboard. The ‘clunk’ almost seems like something is sticky in the suspension if that makes sense. Is this just the compression of my shocks/ucas?

The pop when making a sharp right turn is completely different. I’ve only experienced it twice while making a tight turn up a steep hill. The pop was loud, sounded like metal to metal. I can’t replicate it, it seems to be random.

I’ve checked all suspension components for any type of rubbing and I haven’t found any signs. My front drivers tire does occasionally rub my cab mount, but that’s a completely different sound/feeling.

I’d appreciate any help! Truck still rides amazing both on and off road, just trying to get the small kinks worked out.

I have a 2017 OR. Had a similar right-hand turn 'pop' and some other weird noises when hitting speed bumps. Started right after installing a CBI Bumper and Kings up front. It ended up being my swaybar - no contact with the coilovers, just something going on with the swaybar mounting points whenever the suspension compressed. I loosened the two swaybar mounts connected to my RR bracket spacer, verified the swaybar was centered, and re-torqued everything. No more clunking & popping afterward.

I recently pulled the swaybar completely off, and still no issues. Good luck!

I took my swaybar off when I installed my lift, I’ll add that to the OP!

Ah, okay... Not really sure what else it could be unless it's something internal with your coilovers?? Curious to hear the outcome. My buddy just ordered the Fox 2.5 kit, although he hasn't installed it yet.

Do 6112’s progressive valving? May have something to do with it.
I’m hoping not. I’ve been keeping my eye open for any leaks. So far so good.

I haven’t figured it out yet. I’ve been trying to just ignore it and just enjoy my truck more. No loss in function as far as I can tell, so I haven’t looked into it much further.

I was able to replicate the pop while making a sharp right turn onto the curb to my driveway. As I replicated it, it sounded more like a rub than a pop. I found some signs of rubbing on my LCA and what appears to be a brake part? Can anyone specify what part this is on the right? Any ideas to fix this?

Not sure. Coilovers set at 25/23 threads. Fox’s reccomended max is 27 threads.

I know this is an older thread but I have a similar setup and am having the exact same noise seems like the LCA is coliding with the lower ball joint plate, Im wondering if this is an issue when using SPC UCAs and having the knuckle pushed forward to clear the larger tires.
